What is the minimum deposit to open an account?

Our Basic account requires a minimum deposit of CHF 10,000. The Premium plan requires CHF 100,000 and the Professional plan requires CHF 500,000 in assets under management.

How are my funds protected?

Mirabaud is a Swiss-regulated bank. Your deposits are protected under the Swiss Banking Act. We also maintain excess capital well above regulatory requirements.

Can I accept both PayPal and Stripe?

Yes, Mirabaud supports connections to major payment processors including PayPal and Stripe for business accounts. Contact your relationship manager to configure this.

What is the refund / withdrawal period?

Wire transfers are processed same business day if submitted before 3pm CET. International transfers typically arrive within 1-2 business days depending on the destination bank.

Where are your offices located?

Our headquarters are in Geneva, Switzerland. We also have offices in Zurich, London, Paris, Monaco, and Singapore to serve our international clients.

What are your banking hours?

Our online banking and mobile app are available 24/7. Relationship managers are reachable Monday–Friday 08:00–18:00 CET. Premium and Professional clients have after-hours access.
